On Sunday, July 10, 2016, Josh Taylor and Sarah Fleming hosted a beautiful wedding ceremony at our gazebo. After vows were exchanged, friends and family of the newlyweds gathered in our atrium and gardens to enjoy an appetizer spread which included a vegetable tray, cubed cheese tray, fruit tray, crab stuffed mushrooms, and bacon wrapped water chestnuts. While guests were enjoying each others company during cocktail hour, the wedding party was photographed. When it was time for guests to take their seats, rather than a guest book, they signed a bench and then entered the main reception hall that was decorated in a royal blue color scheme with pops of orange. The bride provided the creative centerpieces which were fresh flowers in baskets topped with paper lanterns to resemble hot air balloons. For favors, each guest was given a chocolate lollipop in the shape of a hot air balloon. Once Josh and Sarah were announced into the reception, the toasts and blessing followed. For dinner, attendees dined on a buffet meal from our Daisy Reception Package that is prepared by Fairground Market Catering. The meal consisted of salad, rolls with butter, beef with barbeque sauce, chicken marsala, parsley red skin potatoes, and sugar snap peas and carrots. For dessert, the couple served a sundae bar from Kaleido Kone Creamery and a traditional Pittsburgh wedding cookie table. We hope they had a wonderful time on their Hawaiian honeymoon and wish them the best!
